Finish Road Grader/Dozer Operator

NOW HIRING: FINISH ROAD GRADER / DOZER OPERATOR

SJ Wiley Construction is looking for an experienced Finish Road Grader / Dozer Operator to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled operator who is proficient in operating both motor graders and various types of bulldozers and takes pride in producing quality, accurate finished work.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor graders for fine and finish grading
• Operate various sizes and types of bulldozers
• Perform detailed grading for roads, pads, slopes, and site work
• Maintain proper grades, elevations, slopes, and drainage
• Read and understand plans, stakes, and grade requirements
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality production
• Work closely with foremen and other operators to complete projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating motor graders and bulldozers
• Strong finish-grading and precision operating skills
• Ability to maintain accurate grade and slope
• Knowledge of construction site practices and safety procedures
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Must take pride in equipment operation and quality of work
