Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finished Goods Checker to join our growing team.

Finished Goods Checker / Truck Scale Operator

The Finished Goods Checker / Truck Scale Operator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of finished goods during dispatch, as well as the proper weighing and recording of inbound and outbound trucks. The role focuses on verifying products, quantities, and documentation, maintaining accurate weight records, and ensuring that dispatch and weighing activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of finished goods prior to dispatch.
• Check the correct product, quantity, packaging, and other relevant details against approved documents.
• Ensure that finished goods are properly matched with dispatch and delivery documents.
• Accurately operate the truck scale/weighbridge for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Record and maintain accurate weight transactions for all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
• Verify truck and weighing information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
• Report any discrepancies in product quantity, documentation, or weight transactions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure that all checking and weighing activities are performed in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of weighing and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Keep the truck scale and immediate work area clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course.
• Previous experience as a Checker, Warehouse Checker, Truck Scale Operator, or in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate and capable of using basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, particularly when checking quantities, documents, and weight records.
• Able to work with numbers and perform basic calculations accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, honest, and results-oriented.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
