Finisher

Are you ready to bring your hands-on skills to our Finishing department? We are looking for dedicated Finishing Technicians who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail. In this role, you'll be adding the final touches to our high-quality products, working with various steels and materials. If you have experience with buffing, polishing, sanding, and more, we'd love to meet you!

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: $20-21.00/hr. (Experience, skills, and knowledge will be taken into consideration and adjusted accordingly)

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Complete production orders efficiently to stay on schedule.
• Utilize different processes like buffing, deburring, sanding, and polishing to finish individual parts.
• Handle one-piece and batch processing to bring parts to specification.
• Use sanding and buffing tools with skill and precision.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in every detail.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized following 5S principles.
• Perform routine maintenance and communicate any equipment or safety issues promptly.

What we are looking for:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 55lbs.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and reach frequently.
• Must be able to be on feet for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Must be able to tolerate repetitive Motions.
