Finisher/Installer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Finisher and Installer to perform finishing works and installation of materials, ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform finishing, installation, and assembly of materials based on project specifications.
• Install, adjust, and secure components properly and accurately.
• Conduct finishing works such as trimming, sealing, fitting, and touch-ups.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper alignment, quality, and appearance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely and properly.
• Identify and correct installation or finishing defects when necessary.
• Follow approved plans, measurements, and work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Observe company safety policies and project site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

About you

• Experience in finishing, installation, construction or related work is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Able to work at project sites and follow safety procedures.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
