Finishes Foreman

My client is currently one of Sydney's busiest builders with a growing reputation for delivering outstanding projects in the Class two residential space. They are specializing in boutique and high-rise developments in some of Sydney's most expensive suburbs. Known for working with a number of well-regarded developers they deliver projects up to $400M

Due to a growing pipeline of works they are looking for a Finishes Foreman on a new luxury high rise residential build on Sydney's North Shore worth $200M
About the role:- Oversee and manage the construction of structural and finishes elements.

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of site operatives, sub-contractors, and other on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed to the correct standards and within deadlines.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient and effective workflow on-site.

**Your Background:

-**Experience as a foreman on class two residential projects upwards of $50M

• 3-5 years site supervision experience 
• Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
• Positive attitude with the right temperament
• Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
