We are looking for skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute finishing carpentry works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Install and adjust doors, door frames, architraves, skirting, and other wooden fixtures.
• Carry out cutting, shaping, drilling, fitting, and assembly of wood and related materials.
• Install cabinetry, shelving, and other interior woodwork where required.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, smooth edges, and high-quality finishing.
• Coordinate with painters, tile masons, MEP teams, and site supervisors to avoid damage to completed works.
• Identify material defects and report discrepancies before installation.
• Protect completed work and maintain tools and work areas.

Technical Requirements

• Previous experience in finishing carpentry and interior fit-out works in Dubai/UAE.
• Skilled in door installation, frame fixing, skirting, and precision fitting.
• Ability to use circular saws, drills, routers, and other carpentry tools safely.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings and follow site measurements.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, fittings, hardware, and installation tolerances.

General Requirements for All Positions

• Previous Dubai/UAE construction experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions from the site engineer or foreman.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and site safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with other trades and complete work within project deadlines.
