Finishing Engineer (Architecture)

ADC – Architecture & Design Consultant is looking for a Finishing Engineer (Site Architect) to join our Construction Team.

Location: Project Sites – As Assigned

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily architectural finishing works and ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Inspect finishing materials and completed works.
• Identify site issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in site finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
