Finishing Foreman

A Dubai-based construction company is looking for a hands-on Finishing Foreman to supervise villa interior finishing and outdoor finishing works.

The candidate will manage daily site execution, supervise workers and subcontractors, follow approved drawings, and ensure work is completed to the required quality and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, and other finishing works.
• Carry out site measurements, setting-out, and level checks to ensure correct dimensions, slopes, and alignment before and during finishing works.
• Manage workers and subcontractors, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Check finishing quality against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP teams before closing ceilings, walls, and floor finishes.
• Monitor material requirements and deliveries to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the project manager.
• Identify defects, arrange corrective work, and complete snagging before handover.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and proper work sequence.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of total experience, with strong experience in finishing supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience.
• Villa finishing experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, and hardscape finishes.
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and use laser levels and other levelling tools.
• Ability to read drawings and supervise site execution independently.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Basic English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Work Location: Across project sites in Dubai.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
