Finishing Foreman – Class 2 Residential | 6-Month Contract Cronulla, Sydney NSW
6-Month Contract | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our site team on a Class 2 residential unit development in Cronulla.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Foreman who can confidently manage finishing trades, drive programme, coordinate subcontractors and deliver a high-quality project through to completion and handover.
The Role

• Manage and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
• Drive construction progress and maintain programme
• Coordinate defects, rectification and final completion
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across the project
• Manage day-to-day site activities and trade sequencing
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the project management team
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised site
• Assist with final inspections and handover

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably on Class 2 apartment/unit projects
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and finishing stages
• Excellent trade coordination and site management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lead subcontractors and keep the project moving
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• White Card and relevant construction experience
