Monitor pre-project finishing work to ensure correct execution standards before the project commences. Ensure that the finishing teams are accountable for their performance against agreed schedules and man-hour budgets. Monitor budget compliance and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, make quick and necessary adjustments. Assist in preparing and submitting finishing budget estimates. Report finishing progress and budget matters to the PM, keeping him informed every step of the way. Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the job site and that all safety codes are met in construction.
