Position: Tiling Supervisor (On-Site Training & Supervision)
Experience: 10+ Years (Hands-on)

Education Requirement:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology [OPTIONAL]

Key Responsibilities:

• Train labourers on proper tiling techniques, material handling, and alignment standards.
• Supervise tile installation at multiple projects ensuring design compliance and premium finish.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage: substrate preparation, adhesive application, grouting, and finishing.
• Provide feedback to labourers to improve skills and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of on-ground tiling work experience
• Strong knowledge of tile types, adhesives, grout, and layouts.
• Demonstrated ability to train and supervise teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train painters on surface preparation, priming, and finishing techniques.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to colour, texture, and finish standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years hands-on experience in painting
• Knowledge of paints, textures, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Strong training and team supervision skills.

• Train laborers on waterproofing methods, membranes, and liquid-applied solutions.

• Conduct on-site quality checks to ensure zero leakage and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with tiling, plumbing, and structural teams for seamless integration.
• Report progress and highlight issues to Finishing Head.

• 10+ years of on-ground waterproofing experience
• Strong knowledge of materials, application techniques, and detailing.

• Coordinate with waterproofing and carpentry teams to prevent clashes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of sanitary, water supply, and drainage systems.

• Train carpentry labourers in joinery, furniture, doors, windows, and wardrobe installation.
• Supervise all carpentry works for compliance with design drawings and finish quality.
• Inspect works for defects and enforce premium standards.
• Coordinate with other trade supervisors to avoid delays or clashes.
• Prepare daily reports and update Finishing Head.

Requirements:

• 10+ years on-ground experience in carpentry for high-end projects.
• Knowledge of wood, laminates, hardware, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to train teams and enforce quality standards.

• Train labourers and finishing teams on snagging, defect identification, and corrective measures.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all units meet handover-ready standards.
• Prepare and monitor snag lists and coordinate with respective trade supervisors for resolution.
• Ensure timely de-snagging and delivery-ready units for clients.

Requirements:

• 10+ years on-ground experience in handover, snagging, and de-snagging
• Strong knowledge of all finishing trades and quality standards.
