Role & responsibilities :

Job Summary

The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing activities at the construction site, ensuring that work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all finishing works, including:

• Painting

• Flooring and tiling

• False ceiling works

• Joinery and carpentry

• Doors and windows installation

• Plumbing and electrical finishing

• Interior finishing activities

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Track project progress and report status to project managers.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Ensure timely completion of finishing works within budget.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 38 years of experience in building construction or real estate projects.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Experience

Pilling , RCC, Flooring , Brick Work & Tiling , Flat Handover , RCC, MIVAN , De snagging
