Job Description – Finishing Supervisor (Interior)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all interior finishing activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Handle finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, carpentry, doors, and other interior installations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects; ensure timely rectification.
• Manage manpower, materials, and tools required for daily site activities.
• Ensure work progress is maintained as per the project timeline.
• Coordinate with the civil, electrical, plumbing, and other teams to avoid execution conflicts.
• Check material requirements and coordinate with the Store Keeper and Purchase Department for timely availability.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update the reporting manager on site activities.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of interior finishing work as per quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
• Relevant experience in interior finishing and construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing materials, drawings, and execution techniques.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, manpower, and site activities independently.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and project timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
