Finite Element Simulation Engineer (Solar Industry)

About the role

Conduct mechanical and fluid–structure interaction analyses during product development and for practical engineering problems. Provide simulation support, propose design optimization solutions, and prepare technical simulation reports. Participate in structural design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the development of new products. Organize and standardize analysis procedures, including fundamental workflows, input parameters, and technical methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and standardize analysis procedures, including fundamental workflows, input parameters, and technical methodologies

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in marine engineering, naval architecture, aerospace engineering, mechanics, materials science, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of fluid–structure interaction and numerical simulation
• Proficiency in one or more finite element or engineering simulation software packages, such as AQWA, SWAN, ANSYS, or Abaqus
• Familiarity with CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks, UG/NX, or Pro/ENGINEER
• Ability to develop effective design optimization solutions based on simulation results
• Experience in wave simulation, floating-body analysis, mooring systems, or anchoring analysis is preferred
• Strong learning ability and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to short-term or long-term business travel
