Role Overview

Help us drive measurable business value for customers by transforming cloud cost insights into actionable FinOps strategies. You'll be a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize their cloud investments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting or success roles
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without direct authority
• Strong relationship-building and trusted advisor skills
• Commercial acumen to translate technical value into business terms
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements
• Working knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization

What You'll Do

• Own customer FinOps engagements from onboarding to value realization
• Drive adoption of optimization recommendations across Azure and M365
• Convert identified opportunities into implemented improvements
• Validate and report on realized savings and outcomes
