FINRA LICENSE - CSR with 100K SOB

For the current FINRA Licensed Specialist role:

• Handle customer inquiries involving financial/investment products and accounts.
• Process service requests and transactions while following FINRA and client regulations.
• Review customer accounts and documentation for accuracy.
• Explain financial products and services to customers.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in internal/CRM systems.
• Escalate complicated or potentially non-compliant cases.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and good customer service in a metrics-driven BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA license — depending on the account, this can be Series 6, 7, 26, etc.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Senior High School graduate or at least 2 years of college for some positions.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services/investment products is helpful.
• Willingness to work onsite, particularly MOA/Pasay or Alabang, depending on the account.
