Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various fintech roles, including software development, data analysis, compliance, and product management.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Create and manage compelling job descriptions and postings on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.

Requirements

• Min 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Understanding the hiring requirements of the client.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
• Should have mastered the art to attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
• Skill to review resumes and screen candidates.
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
• Strong skills in managing clients and getting new demand.
• Team player, goal oriented and passionate to take up new challenges.
