Fintech Technical Support Specialist

We are a growing forex fintech firm seeking a reliable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist. You will assist clients and internal teams with trading-platform questions, account-related technical issues, software setup, and general troubleshooting.

Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), CRM systems, broker platforms, or other financial technology is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through email, live chat, phone, and support tickets
• Help users install, configure, and troubleshoot MT5 or other trading software
• Assist with account setup, platform navigation, and general technical questions
• Clearly document support cases, solutions, and follow-up actions
• Escalate complex incidents to concerning departments
• Work closely with operations, compliance, sales, and technology teams
• Maintain a professional approach while handling urgent or sensitive client issues
• Follow company security, privacy, and regulatory procedures

Requirements

• Previous technical support, IT help desk, customer support, or fintech experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills (English Must).
• Good understanding of Windows, web applications, internet connectivity, and common software issues
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of MetaTrader 5 or MetaTrader 4
• Familiarity with forex, CFDs, financial markets.
• Experience with broker CRM, back-office, ticketing, or monitoring systems
