Fintech - UI/UX Designer (App & Web Project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain design component libraries and standards using Figma, unifying the product's visual language and improving design–development collaboration;
• Design App and Web interfaces and deliver high-fidelity visual specs, ensuring design fidelity and delivery quality;
• Create high-quality, on-brand visuals for campaign pages, promotional features, and banners;
• Collaborate with internal Product Team and Engineering Team to support the end-to-end workflow, including requirements review, design QA, and delivery acceptance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Design, or other related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web or mobile product design;
• Prior experience in successfully commercializing products preferred, especially the experience in designing App-based financial products;
• Proficient in Figma, with the ability to independently build component libraries and maintain design systems;
• Solid App / Web design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end interface design capability;
• Hands-on experience with financial / payment / trading products, and familiarity with their business scenarios and compliance requirements;
• Strong visual design fundamentals and a refined aesthetic sense, able to independently produce high-quality campaign and operational visuals;
• Fast learner with a conscientious attitude and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonuses:

• Familiar with AI design tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.) to boost design efficiency and output quality;
• Experience with Crypto / Web3 / C2C trading products;
• Motion design skills (Principle, After Effects, Figma, etc.);
• Capable of undertaking part of the product or experience design work, and has an end-to-end design mindset.
