Fircosoft Sanctions Screening & Tuning Data Associate

Role Summary:

Support sanctions screening and filter tuning through data analysis, false-positive reduction, and FircoSoft rule/exception maintenance while ensuring regulatory and risk appetite alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze screening data and identify tuning opportunities.
• Create and maintain FircoSoft rules and exceptions using FFF Classic and FML.
• Support testing, false-positive reduction, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with AMLPD, AMLOs, branches, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on analysis and rule creation.
• Prepare management reports and escalate issues when required.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of BSA/AML, AML/CTF, sanctions screening, SWIFT, and Three Lines of Defense.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
