Fire Alarm Department Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm/Sales Service Manager preferably with experience in the Fire Protection industry. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, schedule service calls, take phone calls, provide quotes to customers for services needed, and manage sales dept. Responsible for ordering parts from suppliers. Perform inspections and other duties as assigned/needed. Will also co-manage the fire extinguisher/kitchen system trades as well.

Basic Computer experience required with quickbooks, excel, and word.
