Fire Alarm Foreman

Experience: 4+ years in Fire Alarm Systems
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fire alarm technicians and site workers.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
• Handle fire alarm panels, smoke/heat detectors, MCPs, sounders, modules, and related devices.
• Read and understand fire alarm shop drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Allocate daily work and monitor team productivity and site progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct testing, fault finding, rectification, and system handover.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE fire safety requirements.
• Support Civil Defence/consultant inspections and close technical observations.
• Maintain daily reports, material records, and manpower updates.
• Ensure proper HSE practices and PPE compliance on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Fire Alarm experience.
• Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Foreman / Supervisor / Chargehand.
• Strong practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE Civil Defence requirements and NFPA standards.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read technical/shop drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
