该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary The Fire Protection & Emergency Response Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive management of the site’s fire protection systems and emergency response capabilities. This role ensures the reliability of active and passive fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems) and leads the factory’s emergency response team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1）High-Risk Area (including high-risk fire area) Management – 35%

• Key Area Control: Manage and control critical fire safety areas and high-risk zones within the factory. Conduct regular risk identification, evaluate control measures, and perform strict supervisory inspections.
• Patrol Management: Lead and arrange the daily patrol schedule for Fire Safety Inspectors, ensuring high-risk areas are monitored effectively.
• Incident Investigation: Take the lead in investigating fire-related incidents, near-misses, and system failures. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. 2）Emergency Response & Team Management – 25%
• Emergency Team Leadership: Manage, train, and drill the factory’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) to maintain a high state of readiness.
• Drill Planning: Develop the annual emergency drill plan (including fire evacuation, chemical spill, and utility failure scenarios). Organize and evaluate drills to identify gaps and improve response procedures.
• Incident Response: Serve as the on-site commander or key coordinator during actual emergency incidents to minimize impact and ensure personnel safety. 3) Fire Protection System Supervision – 20%
• Maintenance Supervision: Oversee the daily maintenance work executed by third-party fire protection vendors. Strictly monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
• Micro Fire Station: Manage the "Micro Fire Station" (on-site fire outpost), ensuring fire fighting equipment, PPE, and communication tools are fully stocked, functional, and ready for immediate deployment.
• Issue Rectification: Track identified system defects or maintenance gaps, and drive vendors to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements in a timely manner. 4) Professional Technical Support & Training – 10%
• Design Review & Consulting: Provide professional fire safety support for new projects or facility modifications. Participate in the initial fire protection design review and engineering evaluations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Internal Empowerment Training: Develop and deliver professional training on fire system specifically for EHS Engineers, enhancing the internal team's technical competency.
• General Training: Conduct general fire safety training for employees, focusing on evacuation procedures and extinguisher usage. 5) Documentation – 10%
• Record Keeping: Establish and maintain comprehensive fire safety records and ledgers (台账). Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the "Xiao Guan Jia" (Fire Safety Management Platform) or other government-mandated digital systems. Education & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Certification: Must hold a valid Registered Fire Protection Engineer license.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Fire Safety or EHS within the semiconductor, semi-conductor, or high-tech manufacturing industry. Skills & Other Requirements
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of fire protection systems (wet/dry pipe, pre-action, water mist) and fire alarm control panels (e.g., Notifier, Siemens, EST). Familiarity with fire laws and regulations.
• Language: Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred for communication with global teams and reading technical manuals.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working Conditions
• This position is based at the Fuzhou factory and requires visits to the workshop to understand production processes and working environments;
• Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.). Physical Requirements This job requires the employee to walk around the factory and conduct workshop inspections on a regular basis.
