This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a commitment to building positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.

- Service and maintain large-scale, networked fire alarm systems, including Gent, Advanced, Notifier, Kentec, Morley and other leading manufacturers.
- Accurately identify faults, carry out repairs, and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and compliance improvements.

- Support the development of Apprentice and Junior Engineers through mentoring, coaching, and the sharing of technical knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and end users, delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards, company procedures, and relevant health and safety requirements.
- Participate in contract review meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and adapt to different environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload priorities and work independently.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and expand technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- A positive, proactive approach and a desire to maintain life safety systems to the highest industry standards.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers would be advantageous.
