Fire Detection Commissioner

A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Commissioning Technician for Electronic Security System. The position is based in Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete job cards accurately, neatly, and on time (including client signatures).
• Commissioning and on-site work delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Attend call-outs within a reasonable turnaround time.
• Maintain tools and equipment: clean, organised, and ready for inspection.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Submit daily stock requests as required.
• Maintain the neatness and organisation of the technical office.
• Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Protect all company assets and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Identify potential sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating principles.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Ensure all internal documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Meet all deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant experience in Electronic Security Systems.
• SAQCC Level 4 registration for Fire Detection Systems.
• Training/ Certificates in Fire Detection, Access Control, and CCTV (advantageous).
• Must currently reside in the Northern Suburbs (Brackenfell preferred).
• Strong commitment to personal growth, quality workmanship, and professional conduct.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
