Fire Engineer

Fire Engineer/Project Engineer - London £DOE + Bonus

Some engineers work on buildings. You could be working on landmarks.

We’re working in partnership with a Global Specialist Engineering Consultancy to find their next Fire Engineer in London.

They are the people behind the fire strategies for Heathrow Airport, Battersea Power Station, and an 80,000-seat World Cup stadium in Qatar. If you want your name attached to projects of that scale, and to shape a career path that reflects your ambitions, keep reading...

What you will bring:

• 2 to 3 years in fire engineering consultancy, ready for bigger and more complex builds.

• Solid modelling skills using CFD, FDS, PyroSim, and Pathfinder for smart, performance-based solutions.

• Hands-on delivery, running projects from early design through to sign-off alongside architects and international clients across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.

• Enthusiastic personality and the desire to make a difference and contribute through an exciting phase of growth.

What you will get:

• Real Career Progression: Bespoke chartership support (IFE / IFSM / Engineering Council) and personalised learning budgets with a defined pathway, not just a promise at interview.

• Financial Rewards: Annual profit-share bonus scheme on top of a competitive base salary.

• Comprehensive Health & Leave: Private medical cover, enhanced leave, and enhanced parental pay. Reduced Summer hours too.

• True Flexibility: Modern hybrid working built on trust, autonomy, and outcomes rather than micromanagement or clock-watching.

• Global Exposure: Opportunities for international travel across their 7 global offices (if you want it)

• Great Culture: A close-knit, collaborative environment with regular socials, milestone gifts and company retreats, like their recent trip to Barcelona.
