Fire Executive

At Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar – An IHG® Hotel , we are looking for a proactive and responsible Fire Executive to support our commitment to safety, security, and exceptional hospitality. If you are passionate about fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and maintaining the highest safety standards, we would love to hear from you!

A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Monitoring fire safety systems and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Conducting regular fire safety inspections across the hotel and identifying potential hazards.
• Ensuring fire exits, escape routes, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other firefighting equipment remain accessible and operational.
• Conducting fire drills, safety demonstrations, and awareness sessions for colleagues.
• Responding promptly to fire alarms and emergencies, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintaining fire safety records, inspection reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Coordinating with the Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Supporting emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, and risk prevention initiatives.

What We Need from You:

• A relevant qualification or certification in Fire and Safety, Fire Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in fire safety operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of fire prevention, firefighting equipment, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
• Familiarity with fire safety regulations, inspections, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
• A proactive approach to workplace safety and a commitment to protecting guests, colleagues, and hotel property.
