Fire Extinguisher Technician

job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Fire Extinguisher Technician to carry out inspection, servicing, refilling, maintenance, and testing of fire extinguishers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and service different types of fire extinguishers.
• Refill and recharge fire extinguishers as required.
• Check extinguisher cylinders, valves, hoses, gauges, and other components.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble fire extinguishers.
• Replace damaged or expired parts when required.
• Conduct pressure checks and ensure extinguishers are in proper working condition.
• Perform hydrostatic testing as required and in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Label and record serviced and refilled extinguishers.
• Maintain service records and inspection reports.
• Collect and deliver fire extinguishers from/to client sites when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and company requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the workshop and work area.
