What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Execute Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm/Detection projects
- Plan and manage project schedules & timelines
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for Drawings, BOQ & TDS approvals
- Supervise site installation, execution & commissioning
- Prepare/validate BOQ and project documentation
- Prepare & execute Pump Room SLD/Schematics
- Manage material planning, procurement & inventory
- Coordinate contractors & subcontractors
- Handle measurements, billing, payments & project closure
- Ensure safety compliance, work permits & site documentation
- Ensure compliance with IS, NBC & applicable fire safety codes
Preferred candidate profile
Fire Protection / Fire Fighting Project Experience
Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
Fire Alarm & Detection Systems (FAPA)
Project & Site Execution
BOQ Preparation & Validation
AutoCAD & As-Built Drawings
Pump Room SLD/Schematic
Client & Consultant Coordination
Contractor/Subcontractor Management
Project Commissioning
Safety Compliance & Documentation
Ideal Candidate: A Fire Protection Engineer who has already worked on Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler and Fire Alarm projects and has strong hands-on experience in site execution, coordination and project delivery.
