Position: Fire Protection System Engineer

About the Company

Our client specializes in the manufacturing of cold rooms, insulated panels, industrial doors, refrigeration units, and drying systems, providing integrated solutions for industrial and commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop Fire Protection Systems for factories, warehouses, data centers, industrial facilities, and large-scale buildings.
• Design Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Hose Reel, and related fire protection systems.
• Prepare and review Fire Protection Drawings, engineering calculations, technical specifications, and design documents.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and determine appropriate system capacities, equipment sizing, and specifications.
• Coordinate Fire Protection designs with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, EIT standards, and applicable fire safety and building regulations.
• Provide technical solutions and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Inspect Fire Protection System installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and revise designs based on actual site conditions and project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in Fire Protection System Design.
• Experience in large-scale projects such as factories, warehouses, data centers, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, Hydrant Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Good knowledge of NFPA, EIT standards, and relevant fire safety regulations.
• Ability to prepare and review engineering drawings, hydraulic calculations, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP or other engineering design software is an advantage.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering License (สามัญวิศวกรเครื่องกล) is required.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
