Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams and contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and monitoring adherence to safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include problem-solving, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong project management, organization, and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control processes, and compliance standards
• Experience in technical problem-solving and site supervision
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting for project tracking
• Good in reading the AutoCAD drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant certifications in fire services, safety management, or construction management are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting
• Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
