Fire Sprinkler Installer/Helper

Direct Fire Systems LLC is a small family owned and operated Fire Protection company that specializes in Fire Sprinkler installation. We are based in Newberg, Oregon. We service the Willamette Valley and Portland Metro area.

Previous Fire Sprinkler experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.

Job Requirements:

· At least 18 years of age or older.

· Have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

· Willing to travel to various jobsites as required.

· Mechanical ability and basic hand tool knowledge.

· Work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently or as part of a team.

· Comfortable on a ladder.

· Ability to learn quickly and follow verbal and written instructions.

· Physical strength and stamina for lifting and carrying heavy equipment.

· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and other trades.

Job Responsibilities:

· Install wet and dry fire sprinkler systems according to codes and standards.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.

· Use measuring tools to ensure accurate installation.

· Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

· Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed.

· Strong problem-solving skills for system testing and troubleshooting.

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
