Fire Supervisor

1. Basic Requirements

Education: Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, safety engineering, or related fields.

Age: 22–40, in good health, able to respond to emergency calls at night.

Stability: Can reside in Thailand long-term, has no criminal record, and is eligible for a Thai work visa.

II. Core Experience Requirements

3–5 years or more of fire protection operation and maintenance experience.

Has experience in data center / server room fire protection projects, familiar with IDC fire protection characteristics: gas-based fire suppression, battery room fire prevention, oil storage room fire safety, cold aisle fire protection, and fire protection for precision equipment.

Possesses locally recognized qualifications in Thailand and is familiar with local fire safety laws and regulations.

III. Professional Skills

Familiar with the principles of heptafluoropropane and IG541 gas fire suppression systems, fire alarm controllers, smoke and heat detectors, pipeline pressure relief, and emergency start/stop devices.

Capable of independently reviewing fire protection maintenance and inspection plans, and identifying gaps in service providers' work.

Proficient in using Office, capable of producing hazard reports, maintenance summaries, and specialized assessment reports.

4. Certificate Requirements

Required: Local fire safety certification.

5. Competency Requirements

Fluent in reading and writing, proficient in spoken English (technical documentation, vendor communication, and incident reporting all in English).

Resilience + Emergency Response: 24/7 availability for swift handling of fire-related crises.

Thorough and meticulous: no oversight of hazards such as odors, temperature rise, alarms, flammable equipment, or dangerous materials.

Team Collaboration: Efficiently collaborate with electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, security, clients, and vendors.
