Firefighter

Core Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Extinguish structural, oil, gas, and vehicle fires; execute technical rescues and perform first aid or CPR.
• Equipment Operation: Drive and operate fire engines, major foam vehicles, aerial ladders, pumps, and breathing apparatus.
• Safety & Inspection: Conduct routine patrols, inspect fire extinguishers and hydrants, and check Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Drills & Training: Participate in daily physical fitness training, emergency simulations, and revalidation drills. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 3 to 5 years of background in municipal, airport, port, or industrial/offshore firefighting.
• Licenses: Valid UAE Driving License (often heavy vehicle or airside permits for airport roles).
• Certifications: Certified Aviation Firefighter, First Aid/CPR, and Breathing Apparatus operation depending on the sector.
• Language & Fitness: Good English communication skills and strict adherence to health and physical fitness benchmarks

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
