Fireman – Contract

Location: Multan
Reports To: Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to fire alarms, emergencies, and fire-related incidents.
• Operate fire extinguishers, fire hoses, hydrants, pumps, and other firefighting equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of firefighting equipment and report defects immediately.
• Assist in fire prevention, emergency response, and evacuation activities.
• Support fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Monitor work areas for potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Assist in rescue and evacuation of personnel during emergencies.
• Maintain firefighting equipment and ensure it is readily available for use.
• Follow all company HSE policies, fire safety procedures, and emergency response guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, drills, and incidents.

Education

• Matric / Intermediate preferred.
• Firefighting or relevant safety training/certification will be an advantage.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Fireman or Fire Safety Worker.
• Experience in industrial/commercial sites preferred.

Skills

• Good knowledge of firefighting and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to operate firefighting equipment effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of working in emergency situations and shifts.
• Good communication, teamwork, and situational awareness.
• Strong commitment to safety and discipline.
