Pay Range: Earn $52k - $72k+ Annually Including Commissions!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly Rate: $25/hr
• $1,000 - $1,500/wk
• Performance Bonuses: Commissions on Fireplace Unit & Membership Sales

Location: Marshfield, MA

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 2pm

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Previous sales, design, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

The Fireplace Store at Aspinwall Plumbing is looking for a creative, customer-focused Fireplace Inside Sales & Project Coordinator earning $52K–$72K+ annually including commissions. You’ll help homeowners bring their vision to life by understanding their style, recommending the right fireplace solutions, guiding selections, and coordinating details through completion. This role is ideal for a personable, confident, and design-minded professional who enjoys connecting with customers, making thoughtful recommendations, and seeing ideas become reality while growing with a team built around serving, educating, growing, and making an impact.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their design preferences, needs, and vision
• Help customers select the right fireplace, finishes, and design options
• Create fireplace designs that complement the customer’s home and lifestyle
• Guide customers through the selection and decision-making process
• Build strong relationships by providing a warm, personalized customer experience
• Communicate product options, features, and recommendations clearly
• Coordinate details to ensure the customer’s vision is carried through to completion
• Stay knowledgeable about products, styles, and design trends

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
