Role Overview

BTL India is looking for a highly motivated firmware developer with strong design and development skills to contribute to medical device software development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and software requirements

• Design software modules ensuring quality, performance, and scalability

• Develop firmware and implement new modules

• Debug and resolve critical issues

• Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews

• Estimate development efforts and support planning

• Follow quality management processes

  Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics or related field

• ~5 years experience in embedded firmware development

  Technical Skills

• Microcontroller-based firmware development

• Strong C / C++ programming (with or without OS)

• Unit testing and automated testing frameworks

• Embedded systems fundamentals (MCUs, peripherals, RTOS, protocols)

• System-level understanding of hardware-software interaction

• Experience with Agile and CI/CD tools
