First Aider

Qualifications:

• With valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Training Certificate
• Preferably trained/certified by Philippine Red Cross (PRC), BFP, DOH, TESDA, or other recognized training provider
• At least 1 year of experience as a First Aider, Safety First Aider, Emergency Responder, or related role is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic first aid procedures, CPR, BLS, and emergency response
• Alert, and capable of responding promptly during emergencies.
• Willing to work on-site

Job Description:

• Provide immediate first aid assistance to employees and other personnel in cases of injury, illness, or workplace emergencies.
• Assess the condition of injured or ill employees and provide appropriate first aid within the scope of training.
• Perform CPR/BLS and other emergency procedures when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer, management, emergency responders, and medical facilities during emergencies.
• Maintain, inspect, and regularly replenish the first aid kit, medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
• Monitor the availability and expiration dates of first aid supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of accidents, injuries, first aid treatments, and related incidents.
• Assist in emergency preparedness activities, safety drills, and workplace safety programs.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
• Immediately report workplace accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the designated first aid area.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the management.
