What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first aid to employees who are injured or sick.
- Check emergency situations and give the proper immediate response.
- Coordinate with emergency responders when needed.
- Check and maintain first aid kits, medicines, and emergency equipment.
- Keep records of first aid cases and workplace incidents.
- Regularly inspect first aid areas and equipment.
- Join emergency drills and safety activities.
- Promote health and safety in the workplace.
- Assist the Safety Officer in implementing safety programs.
- Follow company safety policies and OSH regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified First Aider
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- CPR certification
- College graduate
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a First Aider
- Good communication and emergency response skills
