What they need
Qualifications / Preferences:
Must have a valid First Aid/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferably from the Philippine Red Cross.
Preferably with experience as a First Aider in a construction or industrial setting.
Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in front of a crowd, especially during emergencies, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Must be capable of responding calmly and effectively to workplace accidents and medical emergencies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
DOLE/OSH-related training or certification is an advantage.
