First Aider

Key Responsibilities

• Administer first aid treatment during workplace incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies.
• Assess the situation quickly to ensure safety and determine appropriate response.
• Coordinate with emergency medical services and assist in transferring injured personnel when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all first aid incidents and treatments provided.
• Ensure first aid kits, stretchers, and medical supplies are available, accessible, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support the Safety Officer in conducting toolbox talks, safety drills, and health awareness campaigns.
• Provide reassurance and support to injured or ill individuals until professional medical help arrives.
• Monitor site conditions and report potential health hazards to management.

Qualifications

• Certified in Basic First Aid and CPR (valid certification required).
• Preferably with training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
• Experience in construction or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to perform emergency response duties.
• Can start ASAP
• Proof of training or certificate as first aider
• Willing to relocate to Bacolod City.
