First Aider

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any medical, healthcare, or related course is an advantage

• Must possess a valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized training provider (e.g., Philippine Red Cross or equivalent)

• With experience in construction or industrial settings is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in basic emergency response, injury management, and workplace health and safety

• Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to be assigned on project sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals or emergency responders when necessary
• Maintain first aid kits, clinic supplies, and medical records
• Conduct daily health monitoring and assist in occupational health programs
• Assist the Safety Officer in emergency drills, safety campaigns, and incident investigations
• Prepare first aid treatment logs and medical reports
• Promote health awareness and ensure readiness for emergency situations
