First Aider

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers on the construction site.
• Monitor the overall health and safety of employees, including conducting routine health checks.
• Respond to accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness
• Conduct regular examination and check-up of employees
• Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records and up to date client’s case notes
• Documentation of medical records
• Do a walkthrough/audit at project site, canteen, barracks of workers
• Monitor subcontractor’s first-aid kit
• Assists the emergency response of the project site
• Attends to daily consultations of workers and employees on site.
• Print and distribute documents as needed
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
• Review and update document logs for maintenance and quality control
• Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
• Handle records across various departments
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents

Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S Nursing and/or with First Aider certificate
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Office applications/software
• Ability to stay calm and composed during emergency situations.
• Completion of a certified First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training course accredited by organizations such as the Philippine Red Cross
• Training in Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid for common injuries
• Strong knowledge of basic first aid techniques and emergency procedures.
• Good physical fitness to provide assistance during emergencies (lifting, supporting the injured, etc.).
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to be assigned in Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
