First Aider

The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate and appropriate first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and workers in the workplace, particularly in the event of accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies. The First Aider will help maintain a safe and healthy work environment and coordinate with medical personnel when further treatment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and basic medical assistance to injured or ill employees.
• Assess and respond appropriately to workplace accidents and medical emergencies.
• Record and document all injuries, accidents, and first aid treatments provided.
• Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Coordinate with company nurses, doctors, clinics, or emergency medical services for cases requiring further treatment.
• Conduct basic health and safety checks as required.
• Promote workplace safety and proper health practices among employees.
