First Aider

The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate medical assistance and emergency response to employees and workers on-site, ensuring workplace health and safety, particularly during fire protection system installation and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment for injuries, illnesses, and workplace emergencies
• Assess and respond promptly to medical incidents and accidents
• Maintain first aid kits, medical supplies, and emergency equipment
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency responders when necessary
• Record and report all incidents, injuries, and treatments administered
• Assist in implementing health and safety programs on-site
• Support emergency drills and evacuation procedures
• Promote workplace safety awareness among employees

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid First Aid Certification (BLS/Standard First Aid training is an advantage)
• With experience as a First Aider, Safety Officer, or similar role in construction or industrial projects is preferred
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and occupational health and safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of responding to workplace emergencies
• Willing to be assigned Rotational
• Preferably residing within or near Canlubang/Sta. Rosa, Laguna
