FIRST AIDER (GenTri Cavite)

We are looking for a reliable and responsible First Aider to join our HVAC Construction Project in General Trias,Cavite

The First Aider will be responsible for providing immediate first aid assistance to workers and project personnel, monitoring basic health and safety concerns, and supporting the site's safety team during emergencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide immediate first aid assistance to workers and project personnel in case of minor injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.
• Assess the condition of injured or ill personnel and provide appropriate initial first aid within the scope of training.
• Maintain and monitor the site's first aid kit and medical supplies.
• Keep accurate records of injuries, first aid treatments, and medical incidents.
• Assist in coordinating emergency medical response and transportation to a medical facility when necessary.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies to the Safety Officer and Project-In-Charge.
• Assist the Safety Officer during emergency situations and site safety activities.
• Monitor basic health concerns of workers and refer personnel for medical attention when needed.
• Conduct or assist in basic health and safety reminders for workers.
• Ensure the first aid area and supplies are clean, complete, accessible, and properly maintained.
• Assist during safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employees' medical and personal information.
• Perform other health and safety-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• With valid First Aid Training/Certification from a recognized training provider.
• BLS/CPR certification is an advantage.
• With experience as a First Aider, preferably in a construction, HVAC, industrial, or project-site environment.
• Knowledgeable in basic first aid, CPR, emergency response, and injury management.
• Able to remain calm and respond properly during emergency situations.
• Responsible, alert, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work onsite.
• Willing to coordinate closely with the Safety Officer and project team.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite
• Available to start ASAP.
