First Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic First Assistant to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service standards in the absence of the Store Leader.
• Supporting the Store Leader in interviewing and hiring new team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and manage transactions.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and effective stock management practices.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in retail management.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy retail setting.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques to identify top talent for the team.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
