First Impressions Coordinator

Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah is seeking talented individuals from all backgrounds to join our staff and play a critical role in developing the young people of our community.

First Impression Coordinator is the first person Club Members, families and guests meet as they walk into the building. Welcoming, interacting and entering all Club Member data into computer system as members arrive. Ensures Clubhouse operates as effectively and efficiently as possible, making the maximum impact on the young people served. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, or other senior Club staff, as necessary. Prepare correspondence and reports, provide marketing materials, assists in fundraising efforts, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files.

Successful candidates exemplify and demonstrate the highest character and technical qualifications, and have previous work experience with young children.

Part time employment 20-30 hours pr. week.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
