We are looking for a warm, polished, energetic First Impressions Coordinator to be the face of our community and help create an exceptional experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

This is more than a front-desk position. You will be the person who knows a resident's favorite coffee order, greets a family member by name, makes a new visitor feel comfortable, and helps ensure that every interaction reflects the vibrant, hospitality-driven culture of The Social at Savannah.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of The Social at Savannah.
• Create a warm, engaging, and professional first impression for every resident, family member, guest, vendor, and prospective resident.
• Welcome and assist visitors while maintaining a polished and inviting reception area.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and learn their preferences, personalities, and interests.
• Support community tours, events, celebrations, and special experiences.
• Partner closely with the Community Relations, Operations, Activities, and Resident Experience teams to create seamless experiences.
• Help prospective residents and families feel comfortable, informed, and connected when they visit our community.
• Assist with administrative and organizational responsibilities that support smooth day-to-day community operations.
• Maintain awareness of what is happening throughout the community so you can confidently connect people with the right team member or resource.
• Help create an environment where hospitality, service, and connection are part of every interaction.
• Represent Thrive Senior Living with professionalism, positivity, and genuine care.
