Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and hospitals.
• Conduct regular doctor calls and ensure effective product detailing.
• Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility and market share.
• Manage distributors/stockists and ensure adequate product availability in the territory.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and market performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, doctor meetings, CMEs, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, and territory data.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments, wherever applicable
